URAC Vendor Certifications
The URAC Vendor Certification program is designed for any organization that offers one or more products or services that enable URAC-accredited companies to comply with URAC standards. This program demonstrates to non URAC-accredited companies and industry stakeholders a commitment to quality. URAC-certified vendors receive URAC's Core Accreditation as well as a Certificate of Compliance for select standards from any of URAC's other modules. The certificate specifies the exact standards URAC has certified. URAC certified vendors add value to URAC-accredited customers, as they can then be deemed in compliance with those standards when they demonstrate to URAC that a contractual relationship exists with a URAC-certified vendor, making the application, reapplication and delegated oversight functions less burdensome for accredited companies. Non URAC-accredited companies will find that they can also benefit from the use of URAC-certified vendors, as URAC Core Accreditation is their indication that they share a commitment to providing quality products and services.
